We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can bridge the gap between IT capabilities and business strategy. You’ll be hands-on, owning everything from analysis to deployment, and ensuring our product continues to deliver real value to clients.

• Define configuration specs and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Lead detailed requirements analysis to guide development.
• Document your findings clearly and communicate effectively with the team.
• Ensure product quality through robust testing and validation.
• Set up alerts and reporting to proactively monitor performance.
• Analyze recurring technical issues and bring solutions to the table.
• Explore new ways to monitor, discover issues early, and increase client value.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a software environment.
• Strong PL/SQL and solid knowledge of Python .
• Sharp analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Great communicator who builds trust and brings clarity to complex topics.
• Fluent in English, with availability to travel if needed.
• Client-focused, with a drive to deliver high-quality results.
