Tasks
  1. Shape and Lead Commercial Strategy
    Develop and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with the CEO and other business units. Guide the vision and initiatives to accelerate growth, expand market share, and establish a strong presence across pet food, aquafeed, and human food markets.
  2. Accelerate Business Development
    Identify and establish strategic partnerships, secure high-impact opportunities, and negotiate contracts focused on mutual success, sustainable growth, and supply chain efficiency.
  3. Drive Sales Performance
    Direct sales strategies and operations to acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and meet or exceed revenue targets. Foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and satisfaction.
  4. Support Strategic Marketing
    Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine strategies. Collaborate with team members to translate insights into actionable plans aligned with business objectives.
  5. Manage Product Portfolio
    Guide product development from a commercial perspective, ensuring alignment with market needs and business strategy. Work with R&D to ensure commercial requirements are met and support innovative product launches.
Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

  • Have an academic degree in Business Management or related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in international B2B ingredients sales
  • Willing to travel up to 40%
  • Hands-on personality with team spirit and efficient self-management
  • Passionate about sustainability and eager to join a fast-growing startup
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or Portuguese is a plus
